Cancellation and Refund Policy

Updated in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981

Project Wadi Attir runs workshops, events and experiential activities that require advance coordination and preparation, and advance payment through the website. 

This policy explains cancellation and refund terms fairly, transparently and in accordance with the law.

Cancelling Participation in Workshops and Events

Cancellation up to 7 days before the workshop or event:

The participant is entitled to a full refund, less a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount or NIS 100, whichever is lower, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

Cancellation between 7 days and 72 hours before the workshop or event:

The participant may choose one of the following options:

  • A refund of 50% of the payment.
  • Full credit towards a future workshop or event at Project Wadi Attir.

Cancellation less than 72 hours before the workshop, or failure to attend:

No refund will be issued, due to advance preparations, commitments to suppliers and resources booked in advance.

Important Clarifications

  • This policy applies only to services (workshops, events and activities), and does not cover physical products.

  • Any refunds will be made using the payment method used for the transaction.

  • Project Wadi Attir reserves the right to cancel or postpone activities in exceptional circumstances (such as extreme weather or force majeure). In such cases, participants will be offered a fair alternative or a full refund.
